Ybor (ee-bor) provides a 12-month workforce development and coaching program for people desiring to redirect their lives after incarceration and become contributing members of the Lincoln community.

Honoring the gift that Ybor City, FL gave to the world… The Cuban Sandwich.
Created by immigrants working in cigar factories, the Cuban sandwich blends cultures by combining Cuban mojo pork, Spanish Ham, Italian Salami, and German mustard.
Although just a sandwich, the Cuban, gives us a glimpse into the power of blending backgrounds and collaborative ideas to create good in the world.
Our desire is to do the same.

Inspired by Tampa, Florida Cuban sandwich shops and with love for the freshest ingredients, Ybor creates food you’ll love and can’t find anywhere else in Lincoln. Alongside our signature sandwich, we will also serve a variety of pressed sandwiches, plates, salads, and sides.
